Koutsos Wedding

How We Met
We met at River Ridge High School, although we went to the same middle school together and grew up in the same town we didn't really meet until then. Alexander's senior year and my junior year we had 3 classes together, but still barely talked. As prom got closer and closer we both did not have a date, and I thought of the handsome guy I spent 3+ hours with per day. I reached out to Alexander on Facebook, and the rest is history. Alexander likes to say he always had a crush on me, but really I always had my eye on him.
Falling in Love
Alexander asked me to be his girlfriend on prom night May 17th 2013. Since that night we have been inseparable, we have spent almost every day together since. We love to laugh, Alexander is the comedian of the house and going to comedy shows has become one of our favorite date nights. Together we have seen: Jerry Seinfeld, Piff the Magic Dragon, Louis C.K, Samuel J Comroe, Nick Offerman and most recently Iliza Shlesinger.
The Proposal
Alexander proposed to me on December 19th, 2018 on the MSC Seaside. This cruise ship has an amazing glass bridge 18 floors high overlooking the ocean. Alexander was amazing and found some people to take this photo for us!

Wedding Party
Registry
We want to thank you for taking the time to visit our registry. We have worked very hard over the last 7 years to build our life together, since we already have lots of "things" we are asking for mostly experiences for our wedding gifts. There only a few things that we could use to finish making our very first house into a home. We look forward to lots of great dinners, travels, and time together. Creating lifelong memories is the greatest gift we could ever receive!
Frequently Asked Questions
When will we get to spend time with you?
We are looking forward to seeing you on our wedding day! We will be very busy preparing but we are hoping to squeeze in time on December 31st to celebrate New Year's Eve with some of our loved ones. If you would like to make plans please reach out to us on a one-on-one basis. We will be taking off on our honeymoon right after the wedding!
What should I wear?
We would like to see how beautiful you all are! Cocktail attire, also called semi-formal is requested. Women should wear a dress or dressy blouse and men should wear a button down shirt, with jacket and tie optional. Please no denim, t-shirts or shorts.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, parking will be provided at no expense. We do suggest booking transportation. We highly recommend Olympus Limo for town cars or SUVs. There is also Uber or a Lyft available in our area. There will be an open bar and we want all our loved ones to make it home safely!
Where should I stay?
We have recommended some great local places to stay under our "Travel" tab. We want you to be close to whatever it is you enjoy most. If you have any questions about local accommodations please let us know!
What airport should I fly into?
There are 2 airports in our area. Tampa International Airport (TIA) or St. Petersberg/Clearwater Airport (PIE). If you are looking for a cheaper flight PIE often has the best deals and is easy to navigate.
How far are you from Disney/Universal and the beach?
We are fortunate to be so close to everything in Florida, Disney and Universal are about 2 hrs from New Port Richey, and even closer from Tampa! The beach is only 30 minutes away, although January is not ideal for swimming you can still get some great water front views.
So what is the deal with COVID?
We have decided to proceed with our special day even with the threat of COVID. Our Ceremony will be outdoors in open air and our reception space has plenty of room for social distancing. You may wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable but they will not be required by guests. Staff will be required to wear masks. We completely understand if you do not feel comfortable attending due to COVID, but are thankful for your support and well wishes on our big day!
